Only the SZZL shares already able to trade at market now converted to CRML shares are available at market. Except of course take note the special arrangements per prospectus. By and large, the approx 20% issued shares out of the 500M approved (not issued) are under lockup period.
The capital raising doesn't stop at IPO. As ASX shareholders there should be a general understanding of all this by now. Further, capital raising does not have to happen at CRML-level. It can be done via subsidiary eg. Saudi company per JV.
There are lots and lots of ways Tony can add EUR shareholder value, now that he has direct access to US capital market. That's why listing on Nasdaq is heavily sought after, you can quite literally print money (for lack of a better way to describe it) to progress assets to something more tangible as opposed to the market valuation based on cash or cash equivalent. What value does one give to a company who can do that? Asking for Ukraine.
The biggest risk we have now is no longer capital funding (huge tick well done Tony) it is now the risk of takeover, which I thought was fairly obvious and considering it's been mentioned by Tony himself. You have to put yourself in the mindset of hyper capitalists - they want your multimillion/multibillion dollar company/assets for free. They don't play fair in America, there is no "fair go".
I am at ease of it all, Tony has shown his skills here. I believe we are in good hands and EUR is Tony's baby. I doubt very much he'd let others step over EUR's best interest. Friendly reminder, this listing and capital raising were ultimately designed to increase EUR value (originally shunned by ASX). Ego and reputation are at stake.
I think once we start trading again over the days and weeks people will feel a bit more comfortable. I am liking these mature discussions though, as this forum should be! A breath of fresh air from the sometimes toxic of trolling conversations... so thank you everyone. I am as excited and anxious about the result of all these hard work on the market value of both CRML and soon, ASX-listed EUR.
