    I don't think a discounted PIPE investor klike Emery can sell more than 20% without shareholders approval, and most likely Emery is an arm of an entity that already held Sizzle and is using new acquired PIPE investment as a hedge or is part of another plan. The discount is also sometimes offered to create a base by the way, so the remaining funds that Emery didn't spend can be used at support.
