Securities Movements
On 45,000,000 performance rights to Directors of the Company as approved at the AGM. The
performance rights vest upon the Company’s undiluted market capitalisation being equal or greater
than A$350,000,000 for 20 consecutive trading days (based on the volume average weighted price
of share for each trading day during that period) at any time prior to 31 December 2024.
Nice little incentive to get this over the line by end year equivilent to 25 cents .
