I am sorry to say this as I am a holder also of EUR.

IMO the reason for the downturn in the share price is nothing is clear cut.

And if like many other aussie companies they had given an In specie distribution to each EUR holder X number of shares in the new entity things would be so different today.

I am sure many posters can come up with a hundred reasons why they would not or could not do that but they the company didn't.

Right now it appears to somebody like me the layman that as a EUR holder I previously owned part of the mine which has now been transferred either in part of in full to a new entity which I own none of.

I guess more sophisticated holders are also aware of this and they dumped into this today.

All IMO of course.
Thankfully I only have 1% of my portfolio in EUR.
