It’s not all bad.
Positive spin to put on it is that EUR gave up 17% of their project for a small actual monetary sum, yet the share price fall today was only 5%. That’s a value of around 12% of its market cap that was assigned to the Nasdaq listing, the ‘billion dollar’ shares and the small cash injection today.. so there’s some positive sentiment at least for today about the deal right there….if it lost the full 17%, that would have been pretty bad..
