    Where is this from carbon ? EUR has applied for €250m from the European Union . Feels very short of what could be requested ?
    If EUR holds and increases value as some of us are expecting , it could be a catalyst for other European critical raw materials companies with mines in Europe . This Vulcan finance deal will only be the start for all Euro Mining Companies .
