Who knows how that impacts daily share price though as that's what readers here are looking for not long term physical progress and contracts that takes a long time to diligence and negotiate. But yes, once funding is secured, it will remove uncertainties and then we should see material impact to share price (per the basic 101 screenshot posted above when it comes to mining feasibility and investment).
