The EIA procedure in Austria takes an average of 15.2 months (application to approval) plus an additional 7.2 months during which the public can express their concerns.
Furthermore, according to my information from last weekend, the mining permit is missing, which consists of a complicated procedure.
The mining rights have been purchased together with the mine, but this has nothing to do with the mining permit and EIA.
