Here we are again with Google experts. You know it's possible to simply call a Govt department in Austria and specifically ask what's required for Wolfsberg project and processing time? Also before we go down the rabbit hole of permits, it's also possible to confirm, via a simple phone call that Wolfsberg project does indeed have mining permit. They however don't yet have permission to build, needing EIA first before approval.
