The ASX doesn't care about EUR, even if CRML goes to 50 USD, for whatever reason. In our last discussion, I speculated two reasons. At some point you should realize that if the management cares about the EUR shareholders. But my impression is that the ASX has been closed internally for some time. One possibility would be for the CRML subsidiary to take over the ailing mother and leave the ASX retirement home.
For x EUR shares, EUR shareholders receive x CRML shares. I have no idea whether this will work legally and juridically, just a thought experiment on my part.
