CRML is trading a lot more than MTAL. MTAL's mine is in Australia and just did a cap raise raising $350M at IPO on ASX dual listing - under MAC. Use that for comparison.
There's been a negative sentiment on EUR with European mine's ability to reach production on ASX, especially since ASX has a lot of local options to invest in, Ukraine war made it worse. Hence, separating assets and listing on Nasdaq. Sentiment on Wolfsberg project now is based on CRML market performance. Whatever that is, right now EUR owns approx 80%. Paper value is important as it dictates equity value, which allows the company to borrow or raise capital using those figures.
