I guess whoever does this on a regular basis is trying to make it look like holders are selling down, but from the general consensus on here at least holders including myself are in for longer term. With low volumes though it becomes a little more obvious what is going on and gives peeps an opportunity to grab a few more if they are quick enough to average down. Just my opinion from observation.
