"MAYBE" its the guys that got the lapsing .009 free options not long ago, wouldn't it be in there best interest if the next round of free options with a strike price of .015 that retail were offered lapsed also?
As a retail investor myself felt a bit ripped off, but since have been able to get extras at .004.
Not surprising as the market seems to be filled with this behavior, its just more obvious on low volume. Unless something substantial happens or management get the word out more, will keep happening!
Still plenty to like here, just going to take patience or someone with a spare 100K to smash .005
