We've had a capital raise since then, so I'd expect a few changes but don't top holders have to inform the market when they buy or sell? If they remain and TMX moves higher we will soon find out when they update the list again.
There are also quite a few double ups in the list which is a vote of confidence by holders that they are true believers, however when you have control of huge amounts of shares theirs nothing stopping someone capping the price for there own reasons especially with small caps. just hope it doesn't backfire on them
For me I have enough shares for my liking, and looking forward to what the next 12 months will bring.
