They got cash and shares for the raise, I expect they do nothing else from here except possibly drop it on market whenever it suits to get paid and by the way its looking they will only get .003 cents unless they are patient and wait for a positive announcement.
If JV wants to spend 100k at .003 why doesn't he buy some on market, especially since MC could easily drop it there from tomorrow?
