I don't look at it the same way. It is not misleading to me.
So as I said, labs were backed up causing a delay. Not really a big deal and no different to many other stocks who are in the same position. TMX are not obligated to announce a delay and many, many companies don't. But they clearly wanted to keep the shareholder informed. It's not hidden in the announcement, it is plain to see.
Maybe you will be proven right and that management is a bunch of try hards, or maybe they are good to their word. I am willing to stick around for a bit and see.
