The PFS is unrelated to the point at hand.
Historically, coal liquefaction produces 60-80% syn-oil yields. GRV aspiring to 30% synoil is ridiculous. Until the interim phase 4 results, GRV's "30% target" was a full cycle reference (ore to bitumen).
