A very informative article !! It is saying that polymer-modified bitumen is the future for bitumen.
I think this means that even if we fail to achieve C170 grade in test 5 (which I don't think will be the case) we will still have a mega valuable resource at Alpha for the production of polymer - modified bitumen.
GRV have already said as much in a recent announcement.
