My guess is that Pioneer are getting close to wanting more shares. Prior to their last share issue the SP went down so Pioneer could purchase their shares at 7C less their discount - meaning they paid around 6.5c. The SP has since traded at 8-9c. This means they have made a tidy ~2c/share: around 30% while all the time diluting existing shareholders and preventing the SP from rising.
I can hear PF now: we have great management and the dawn will break soon. I hope PF is right .......
