Sorry for the late response but your guess is as good as mine. I'm not bothered by her hovering around 12-14cents its a great chance to accumulate for the longer term IMO. If she dropped any lower I would just accumulate more for the next news cycle but personally I wouldn't get my hopes up for anymore than 30 cents on this one over the next 12-18months. I would also remind myself constantly that she still has plenty to deliver before that would even be possible. She still hasn't justified the investment in the US.

My guess its the same as before the recent string of news and some media articles pumping her. She has definitely had a well deserved and descent little re-rate, plus her average volume has tracked up a bit with increasing interest in this space. However, the volume is dying down, she is still unprofitable and there aren't solid enough expectations of future growth yet. So what will probably happen is while there are no new announcements she will continue to slide downwards until people begin accumulating at 10-13, bounce back up only to be sold back down from 14-15 by newer investors who hoped for a moonshot and older investors hoping to derisk and take away some profits.

If liquidity keeps dropping and the lack of news continues, then the risk that she will hit 10-11 or below 10cents rises as she doesnt have an institutional investor to prop her upright. Still plenty of volume in the buy orders every day and probably plenty of people willing to accumulate at 10-13 but without some news she won't be cracking 14-15 cents anytime soon.

Good news is we are well overdue for some news out of the new facility in the US or any of the other irons she has in the fire. Unfortunately though when the news drops and exactly how materially significant it will be is purely speculation. My guess is we need another 2-4mil in contracts or sales to bring the daily volume back up and send her back to 15-20 but I think its going to take her first signficant contracts north of 5-10mil to take her far beyond 20cents anytime soon. Either way its a bad time to sell, a good time to buy and if materially significant news drops tomorrow, then that SP will telling another story.

Again though your guess is as good as mine these are just some of my honest thoughts on her ATM. She's worth 40-50mil but she needs to deliver if we are going to achieve 60-80mil in the medium term. This quarter and the next should be indicative of what we can expect next year and when the news does drop it should follow with a string of announcements hopefully. Just have to patiently wait on this one, I've been busy diversifying into some beat up mining companies in the meantime.
