My guess is that it is somewhat related to a slowdown in government consulting spending. Some of the negative sentiment comes from Canberra and the combination of the mandate to reduce reliance on contractors and the PWC debacle.
Fundamentals look ok; they will be acquired at some point in the future. I see a similarity between them and RXP.
