if indeed it is for CR at 10c, then the SP would have to be atleast 12 or 13c to provide a discount.
i tend to disagree however as most likely options will be exercised at 5c and bring in money prob 1.5 to 2M$
i personally dont think company will be turning to CPS for any future placementa.
