AL3 in recap for the last few weeks:
SP soars after a 1.1M dollar deal.
In 2023- a 2.5M AUD deal was closed by AL3. Little SP change. What was different now?
On this occasion, Al3 has a paid relationship with an investment website,
Next Investors, where they promote AL3 as their ultra duper super insane 'Portfolio Tech Pick of the Year'.
This increases retail investor exposure and interest.
Al3 does this, while aware of interest from the US Navy in awarding them a contract, which would be publicly announced.
1M Contract awarded- potential investors who are now made aware of AL3 from the PAID article, now pile in.
So now we see a SP increase of 200% for an unprofitable micro-cap, led by a CEO who gave himself a compensation increase from 57k to 1.7 million despite declining earnings. Doesn't look too good.
People buying into this thing based on a 1 million-dollar deal, and the prospect of rising geopolitical tensions alone is pretty wild.
Although the Australian defence industry looks very promising, and Al3's 3D printing technology looks pretty interesting, a recent deal, and the hope for more announcements that management will just 'Have up their sleeve' do not justify these kinds of movements IMO, especially when considering the company's track record, relatively poor fundamentals and dodgy leadership decisions. On a fundamental level, +200% price movements for an unprofitable micro-cap are not justifiable based on one deal, when larger previous deals have inspired little movement. You should also be concerned that these people paid an investment article for a promotion, claiming that AL3 is possibly the next big thing, a week before we saw this insane pump.
Don't make financial decisions based on this forum- just because some bloke's TA arrows point up or because people say war is afoot, doesn't mean, or give a valid reason to why AL3's SP should continue to soar.
You guys called some bloke 'clueless' for being sceptical, and clowned on someone else after they recommended to be cautious of a pump and dump. You know we are living in a crazy time when testing a narrative and telling people to be conservative with their finances is seen as controversial.
Consider your financial health- be careful with your investments and maybe wait a while. This may not be the right one- at least for now.
Although we are all here to make some dough- and I hope you all do- there are also a lot of big dogs, with big cash, looking to do the same, and they are looking at a juicy 200% exit point.
Who knows- I could be overly pessimistic, and I may eat my words.
