They could do a SPAC to dual list or move to the US. Dual listing is also an option. Really depends on their goals, they did previously make it sound like the new US hub will become their primary base so it would make sense to dual list or move to the US market.
IMO a SPAC deal is on the table. It became a little more likely and interesting for me when they picked up Peter Siebels and noted his experience in mergers and aquisitions when it was announced. 3DA talked about and probably tried to do the same before things fell about for a little whilea and now they are basically owned by a US entity.
Its probably more likely that they get aquired though. It would be profitable but far less so than running a hype train up to DRO levels.
