It's not quite that straight forward. Yes, they get paid on shares, but those shares are held in escrow for ?? was it 46 months. So they aint selling any of those for a while. Where it gets murky is that S3 Consortium are the holding Company of Next Investor. in fact if my research is correct S3 operate a few PR stock marketing companies. Now 'm not sure who StocksDigital is but it all comes back to S3 who are a rep of LeMessurier Securities. I bet they are making a packet form this racket.
