Like I said a while ago hitting 13.5 and even as low as 10 cents isn't a bad thing. To be expected without new announcements for a good stretch of time. If you aren't over leveraged just average down for the long-term...
Time to start buying again. Plenty of irons in the fire just need to get some more news for another pump.
