Of course leaks don't have to come from management lots of people would be privy to information when you are dealing with companies that sell a product in different parts of the world. Eg a new drug tested in hospital is curing patients of a certain disease. How could that be kept quiet nurses would hear about the next best thing and back it. So yes we would have to be fools to think nothing would ever leak out.
