Hi all, apologies as I'm new to AL3. Re the CR, why the two tranche approach? To mitigate SP volatility, or each tranche for different investor cohorts?
I just read the CR announcement to the market on 22 Nov, and one observation....AL3 display much greater transparency on where, when and how these funds will be used.
You can see ASX mining companies in explore phase pumping out CR after CR, but giving virtually no visibility to why or when the dilution will end. At least AL3 are acting with greater accountability.
