the two tranche approach is due to the capacity limitations based on their Market Cap, i.e. raise 15% of their MC then the rest has to be by Shareholder approval. To do this a company has to call an EGM...
This is why the share price will track backwards for sure; also IMHO, Xmas is never a great time for share price support. I wouldn't expect the SP to get back on the upwards until after the end of January... unfortunately :-(
