I'll make a few comments and ask a few questions. How do they push the price down? By selling continuously at lower and lower prices? Isn't that losing money, or do they short sell?
Wouldn't a low or declining SP only ruin a company if said company needed to raise more funds via equity? If a company is profitable, strong cashflow and can raise small amounts of debt as required, SP is of little relevance. I would further add that AL3 is hopefully a long way away from going back to market for more funds. I'm sure I'm missing something, but what damage can REGAL actually do and how can they do it?
