VC, short sellers and hedge funds scam tear apart a company and sell the bits at a profit. I don't think they are concerned about others.
let's say you have a load of shares then loan at twenty cents. push the price to seventeen then close out to profit 3 cents profit fifteen percent.
accumulate then do it all again.
