I am constantly amazed at how often people project their belief about the motives of other market participants on HC. The market has millions of participants all with their own opinions, and personal positions. It is impossible to ascribe motives in such circumstances yet people constantly seek to do this.
Your comment about being swamped with buyers if a company gets sold too far down is also spot on and what happened with AL3 in the last week - I was one of those buyers.
