I tell you what would fix bot trading. If some computer sells me 50c worth of shares, triggers my commission fee and my complete order doesn't get filled, then whoever owns the bot pays my commission. That'll put a quick end to it. countless times I've had to increase my buy or lower my sell to complete an order triggered by a bot trade.
