Probably worth having a cuppa tea and taking a deep breath.
this one (al3) is just stuck in a rut. Lots of support around 16 which should hold well in the near term. Froth and bubble sets in (usually due to a ho hum announcement) and pushes it north of 20, but then reality bites back.
the reality is.....the company needs to demonstrate either a very regular flow of sales of product (and maybe service?) on a monthly basis...or the mother lodes...as in eight figure contracts.
if they do this, they're apples. Else they'll possibly be gone within 18 months. Cashflow is not sufficient at present.
we will know soon enough on this one.
