    I am sure all markets and all jurisdictions have varying lead times, but I would be surprised and indeed concerned if I thought AL3 had not already robustly mapped this out and started these engagements many, many moons ago. If they do not have numerous 'irons in the fire' then they are completely asleep at the wheel.

    I am not sure if the HC AL3 community sees it this way, but it is no longer about touting (or posting threads relating to) the benefits of AL3 tech versus legacy tech. AL3 is not competing against legacy methods and tech - it is competing against those with the same tech but differing service or price propositions, or those with similar tech and methods which achieve the same customer outcomes.

    Example...I am an angel investor in a solar company that is selling kit and service into remote 3rd world. They have developed some remarkable proprietary kit. They are the brightest of the best from ANU, UNSW etc. Their product is centred on mesh grid vs micro grid. Whilst it is superior from an engineering perspective, they are failing badly in the commercial side of things. They don't have enough Disallowed salesmen on board.

    And this is my concern with AL3. Stop talking about the kit and start pounding the pavement. They need to be smoking that CRM, and hopefully they have implemented best in class CRM (meaning heavily AI enabled) and some rather slick looking salespeople who would sell their own mothers.

    Every sale they do not get which their numerous competitors do becomes a nail in the coffin (IMO) - so the sooner they get wet ink on paper the better.
