So from this, do we know:
a) How many shares he had / now has total? ie: was he selling 1% of his holding, or 50%. Potentially important factor.
b) His personal circumstances (ie: did he need to raise funds quickly)
c) Does he have any other options to purchase?
I think it's unwise to jump to conclusions like this. Sure, it's a flag, but until we know a,b and c we can't just assume it's red.
