You should look up some youtube videos on how commsec and the asx work in general. Also you will not often find much help asking for basic information about investing or companies to invest in on public forums and even private forums.
As long as the market is open and someone has shares on offer at your bidding price it will fill. The only reason it won't fill is because there aren't enough shares on offer at your bidding price to fill your order or someone else is ahead of you in the Q.
I highly reccommend you go and learn stuff like this before you buy shares of an extremely volatile stock.
