They are certified. The certification is a certification for their processes not the actual parts. It demonstrates a commitment to quality and consistency. The US considers it very important.
The BP reports on fed drip is great news though. It means they realise shareholders are hanging out for something. Not totally blind to their silence. I take it as a sign that something bigger is coming.
