BTR in TH today for a merger with AME and a $20m raise. Going to move it to about a $160-180m MC.

I think the play for MEK is to get debt funding and hope for a bit of a bump in our scrip price and then try and consolidate OAU, GBR and maybe even ODY in. All within trucking distance you would then have c. 600koz+ of >3g/t OP material. Gives a huge amount of blend feed for Andy's well and time to drill Andy's well properly for extensions. The debt for plant would be less significant in a bigger combined entity MC too

Run a few years cashflow and then expand to 1Mtpa plant and you have a 100kozpa for 10 years producer.

Consolidate some stranded assets and should return multi-bags.
