My thoughts exactly, these tenements sound just as promising so TMG have the option to fast track them whilst waiting for the Nimby Numbat at WCC to which the outcome is inevitable provided the company dot's the i's and cross's the T's, just as others have said you don't own the mineral rights to the land.
