I'd say it indicates people believe they will be in the money shortly. Why buy shares when you can leverage up on options for a greater return.
Risk vs. Reward is starting to turn IMO.
At 10c on current TMGOD cost + conversion you would see a 500% plus return. Anything above this and it's exponential gains...
