I find those summary tables to be always out of date. I always obtain the SOI totals from the latest company announcements. In this case, it would be the announcement made by TMG on the 28th of February, and then, by scrolling down to the bottom.
Another source I use is the daily short data released by the ASX. If the stock hasn't been shorted the previous day, it won't show up, but if it has, the data will provide the total number of shares shorted for the previous day, including the total shares on issue (SOI).
