Curious are you including unconverted options in your calculations?
SOI should only includ actively traded securities. This is what I believe is the difference between company announcements and live trading platforms.
Otherwise you would need to consider cash balances obtained by conversion in your numbers/ev. Options should not be included as current SOI.
