None of which matters for jack if the company cant get access to the tenements to do some drilling. Actually its worse than that. We seem to have a company that doesn't even understand the importance to getting land access in order to develop its mines. If it understood the importance of getting land access TMG would have kept the shareholders updated on progress or lack there of. Since TMG is remaining silent on this matter we can only conclude TMG does not consider it a market sensitive issue.
