ZSE can you remind us when TMG said the following, which you quoted above:- "Having commenced discussions with landowners, with the transfer now granted, we are confident that these negotiations can be consummated expeditiously."
From recollection, it was about 2 months ago. So if they commenced discussions with the landowners 2 months ago and still no announcement, I reckon the odds are with Genericname that there's a dispute and the next announcement is likely to be about mediation. And if that happens I reckon the SP will sink like a stone.
TMG snagged a lot of traders in with that remark (including me) and it looks distinctly like they over-spoke. There's laws about that, as we all know.
