Maybe you interpreted my last two paragraphs the wrong way, my point was that I see no correlation between Andre’s appointment and the pending land access to the main property being granted 'soon'. There is nothing that hints that access is just around the corner and the appointment may be more so to focus on the recent land purchase. Don't get me wrong, if they can secure land access for the main property, that would be amazing, but I would like to see if management, and in particular Andre, can find a workaround to the current situation with this new land purchase.

This is how I see it as well and I agree that Andre being appointed as MD is encouraging. Best case, the focus has now shifted to progressing the project via this route, as it gives TMG access to a smaller parcel of land of their own - hence my attention is now more on what Andre plans to do with it, now that he is MD, rather than on land access.
