To your third point, why would they talk about development on their other projects which don't have any drilling, its not normal to take projects into next phase of development without drilling so there is a high chance they are talking about WCC. I think you have an agenda and thats to downramo the stock as no non holder would be so opinionated and share so much negative feedback as much as you.
