Majority bought in before the USA acquisition so the question is a bit redundant. The run and the sustained price was based on WCC , then the spooks came out and made access the boogey man. However Andre was playing a different game concentrating on strengthening and positioning TMG as a major antimony producer .( see his you tube video from when he was first made in TMG ).Doesnt matter how they got it , they got it... its now what they can do with it.
