If I were TMG I’d be looking at securing an offtake to an Aus, USA or European interest which comes with a prepayment or some form of secured funding, and use that capital to to fund an expansion to LRVs base case where we get that allocated capacity and share profits or straight toll charge (or both) with LRV for use of that capacity. LRV also then get a lower unit operating cost on their side of the operations too so double win for them.
Easier said than done but you could potentially avoid a lot of dilution and get fast tracked to being paid.
