Ultimately a buy-out offer would still need to ve voted on and it doesnt seem like the company is positioning itself for that. Moderate cash reserves (a turn off for aquirers), new senior hires (another turn off), new prospect (can go either way). Insider holding is pretty high for a company of this size but i think its unlikely a takeover offer would be accepted unless it was at a large premium
